Valeria Warrix Webb

Valeria Warrix Webb, age 80, of Suffolk, VA formerly of Hancock County, Indiana and Lexington, Kentucky, passed away June 21, 2018. She is the daughter of the late Virgil and Desama Warrix. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, William “Bill” David Webb; her children, Elizabeth W. Petry and husband Lowell and William David Webb, II and wife Maria; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sisters, Diane Cooksey of Lexington, KY and Pamela Keramati of Jacksonville, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Valeria was a graduate of Morehead State University, Morehead, KY and Ball State University Muncie, IN. She taught elementary school at Eastern Hancock Elementary in Charlottesville, Indiana for 31 years and for several years at Lexington Christian Academy in Lexington, Kentucky. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Main Street United Methodist Church in Suffolk, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church, 202 N Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434.
