Myrtle Viola Spence Brewer

Myrtle Viola Spence Brewer, age 94, of Lawrenceville, VA passed away March 5, 2019. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Annie Spence. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Enoch Brewer; two brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by her children, Betsy B. Thrift, Kenneth W. Brewer, James D. Brewer (Linda), and Ricky L. Brewer (Debra); her grandchildren, Chris Brewer, Randy Brewer, Dana Wesson, John Brewer, Melissa Brewer, Jennifer Bruning and Megan Tucker; fourteen great grandchildren; and her sister, Julia Birdsong. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville with interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Lawrenceville. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
