Miles Thomas Clarke

Miles Thomas Clarke, age 66, of Gasburg, VA, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020. Born in Halifax County, NC, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy Clary Clarke. He was an avid horse racing fan and enjoyed working in the Produce Department at Food Lion. Mr. Clarke is survived by his wife, Barbara Aycock Clarke; children, Jennifer Ashby (Brian), Zach Clarke, Francheska Ferguson (Sean), Bobbie Reed (Chris), Earl Wheeler, and Scott Wheeler; grandchildren, Brenley, Clarke, Zac, Haley, Gavin, Taylor, Chasity, Megan, and Jayden; great-grandchildren, Aaron and Triston; and his beloved dog, Rocko. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery, 175 Ankum Road, Gasburg, VA 23857.
