Melissa Anne Mitchell, age 55, of Richmond, VA, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Mitchell.
Melissa is survived by her niece, Katherine Ulrich; sisters, Rebecca Spence (Allen) and Heather Mitchell; and her mother, Pamela Mitchell.
She was a lover of music, attending concerts, and traveling. She had a special bond with her niece, Katie, and gave her the world. May she rest in peace.
