Mary Esther Stamper Turner

Mary Esther Stamper Turner, age 70, of Lawrenceville, VA, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, George B. Turner; father, Walter O.Stamper, and brother, Tracy O. Stamper. Mary is survived by her mother, Ruby R. Stamper; daughter, Melissa “Kay” Turner Baird; son, George “Cotton” W. Turner, Sr.; grandchildren, G.W. Turner, Jr., Sara Anne Turner, Ryan Thomas Baird, and Jackson Matthew Reynolds; and great-grandchildren, Hailey Brooke Turner, Angela Faye Abronski, and Kegan Michael Turner. She is also survived by two brothers, Randy Stamper and Earl Stamper and sister, Katherine Cole. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m., Monday, December 31, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Williams Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rock United Methodist Church Cemetery.
