Martha Elizabeth Echols

Martha Elizabeth Echols, age 91, of Richmond, VA, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025. 

Born in Darvills, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lennie Turner Echols and Lillian Pritchett Echols. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Page Josephson and two brothers, Roy Echols and Ross Echols.

Miss Echols was raised in Rawlings, VA and graduated from Alberta High School. She retired after many years as a health care aide.

She is survived by her brother, Gene Echols and wife, Melva, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Lebanon United Methodist Church, 5145 Judd Road, Rawlings, VA 23876.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lebanon United Methodist Church.
