Lelia Louise Phillips

Lelia Louise Phillips, age 97, a lifelong resident of Brunswick County, VA, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lelia Phillips Prince and was widowed by Clyde Raney Phillips. She was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Raney Phillips.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by a son, Jerry Wayne Phillips; grandchildren, Larry R. Phillips, Jr. and Belinda Phillips; and a sister, Bernice Phillips; close friends, Belinda and Crystal.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 18, 2023 at Williams Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, VA, followed by interment at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 16489 Dry Bread Road, Emporia, VA 23847. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
