Kenneth Larry Floyd, II

Kenneth Larry Floyd, II, age 45, of Richmond, VA, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his “Pop,” Ray Proctor, and a sister, Deanna Nethery.

Larry is survived by his wife, Kelly Sweitzer; his beloved four-legged friend, Sydney; his mother, Kaye Proctor; two sisters, Tonya Wiggins (Jason Lucy) and Kimberly Floyd (Tony Wiltshire); aunts, Elva Martin, Aggie Cavender, and Mimma Leone; uncles, Gary Floyd, John Floyd, and Richard Cavender.

Larry will be remembered as a kind soul with a heart of gold. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was proud to say he was from the City of Richmond where he was heavily involved with Punks for Presents. He loved all types of music and was active in the music scene around Richmond. He worked in the film industry building movie sets for many films.  

A graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, 5930 Centralia Road, N. Chesterfield, VA 23237.
