Frank Taft Jones, Jr.

Frank Taft Jones, Jr., age 87, of Alberta, Va. passed away January 18, 2017. He is the son of the late Frank Taft, Sr. and Page Flynn Jones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Ogburn Jones and his sons, Bernard “Bernie” Ogburn Jones and Loyde Flinn Jones. He is survived by his grandchildren, Jedidiah Taft Jones and Tula Rose Jones; his daughter-in-law, Perry Leynes Jones; his brother, Dr. Bernard Jones and wife Marble; his sister, Caroline Lynn; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Bethel United Methodist Church, Alberta, VA. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the home.
