Ernestine Johnson Delaney

Ernestine Johnson Delaney passed into the loving arms of Jesus Christ, December 10, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest R. and Hattie Camp Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, E. Warren Delaney; their daughter, Kimberley Kinney; son-in-law, Chuck Kinney; and two grandsons, Brian and David. Also surviving are pets, Lady and Missy. She was an active member of Staples Mill Road Baptist Church and a retired part-time employee of the Baptist International Mission Board. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m., prior to the 11:00 funeral service, at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church, Glen Allen, Va. A reception will follow the service. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 3:30 at Bethel Church Cemetery, Alberta, VA.
