Dorothy Spence Hall

Dorothy Spence Hall, age 83, of Lawrenceville, VA passed away April 27, 2019. She is the daughter of the late John and Irene Spence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Shirl Chappell Hall. She is survived by her two sons, Shirl C. Hall, Jr. and wife Francine and Robert Scott Hall and wife Annabell; her five grandchildren, Sarah Stearley (Matt), Rebekah Howard (Luke), Jody Hall (Laine), Rachel Jordan (Brandon) and Holden Hall; four great grandchildren, Hannah, Samuel, Avery and Greyson; her special friend, Charles Brooks; her sister, Barbara Harris; her brother, Wayne Spence; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy had retired as Manager of Bank of America in Lawrenceville and was a member of Lawrenceville United Methodist Church. She loved her family, gardening and being a member of the Red Hat Society. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Lawrenceville United Methodist Church with interment at Oakwood Park Cemetery, Lawrenceville. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. Memorial contributions may be made to Lawrenceville United Methodist Church, P.O.
