Cheryl Cole Peebles

Cheryl Cole Peebles, age 75, of Lawrenceville, VA, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Born and raised in Dolphin, VA, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Gertrude Wray Cole. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, John Carson Peebles and five brothers.

Mrs. Peebles is survived by her children, Bryan Alan Peebles of Alton, NH, and Tanya Cole Peebles (Chris Ashby) of Churchville, VA; four sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Williams Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, VA.
