Caroline Griffin Fletcher

Caroline Griffin Fletcher, age 60, of South Hill, VA, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Wooding and Ruby Green Griffin, mother and father-in-law, Patricia and Bill Fletcher as well as several aunts and uncles. Caroline worked as a nurse for several years, but most recently, worked at Betsy’s Boarding and Grooming in Clarksville. She was a talented seamstress and dearly loved her fur babies. Caroline will be remembered as an amazing mother and a wonderful friend to many. She is survived by her son, Chase Fletcher (Shawn Lucy); aunts, Lottie Moore, Myrtle Chandler, Glenna Nunn, Helen Blanks, and Jean Daniel; sister-in-law, Lisa Maxwell; brothers-in-law, Tim Fletcher and Scott Fletcher; her “adopted daughter,” Elizabeth Myers and family; and her best friend, Amy Franklin. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home & Crematory in Lawrenceville, VA.
